These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by winmyr ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies we may publish from time to time.

Winmyr reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published is considered your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the updated terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

To register and use winmyr's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Valid Identity: You must hold a valid and verifiable identity when requested by the Winmyr team.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction that permits online wagering activities under applicable local laws.
• One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Winmyr. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Non-Winmyr Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Winmyr staff are not eligible to register as regular members.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Winmyr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Winmyr reserves the right to verify all information provided and to reject or cancel a registration if any information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

• Full Name: Must match the official name on your identification document.
• Phone Number: Must be an active number that can be reached for verification purposes.
• Email Address: Must be a valid and active email address that you own.
• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Financial Information: The bank account details you register must be in your own name.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the Winmyr support team immediately. Winmyr will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party use of your account due to your own negligence.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, recent bank statement, and proof of current address. • Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received has wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account.

• Inappropriate Conduct: Behavior that disrupts, threatens, or insults staff or other members.
• Self-Request: You may request account closure at any time through our customer support team.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the outcome of our internal investigation. However, if the closure is at your own request and no terms have been violated, the eligible net balance will be returned to you once all wagering requirements have been met.

• Service Disruption: winmyr is not liable for losses incurred due to technical disruptions, system maintenance, or failures beyond our control.

• Claims Limit: Under no circumstances shall Winmyr's maximum liability to you exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
